Experience at

What we stand for

Sustainable performance takes more than one good season. We help football organisations sharpen their technical policy and club strategy, so decisions are clear, actionable and transferable, even when people change.

What sets us apart

What makesCTC F.C. different

Many advisers know the theory. We build policy that holds up in practice, even when people change.

Our vision

Why, missionand vision

Why

Why we exist

Football is emotional, and that is exactly why it needs structure. We help clubs make their decisions clear, actionable and transferable, so success does not depend on one person. That lets football do what it does best: connect people, help them grow, and show that continuing pays off, even when things go against you.

Mission

What we do & how we do it

We support clubs, coaches and players with technical policy, club strategy and partnerships. We work in eight steps: from the question of why a club exists to continuously planning, executing and evaluating. People come first: the right people in the key roles, room for development and autonomy, and an environment where everyone learns. Data and KPIs show what works, so decisions do not rest on gut feeling alone.

Vision

What we aspire to achieve

We want a football world in which clubs perform sustainably: with a clear identity, an organisation that carries its decisions and people who can develop. Clubs where policy, people and data work together, and where the course holds when a coach or director leaves. That is how football becomes an example of resilience, on the pitch and beyond.

Our approach

Eight steps toa club that moves

Every club is different, but the order of the questions stays the same. That is how we build policy the club carries and that keeps working when people change.

  1. 01

    Know your why

Identity, mission, core values and a fitting playing style.

  2. 02

    Know where you’re going

Vision and goals: where should the club stand in a few years?

  3. 03

    Know how

Strategy and organisation: who does what, and how do we work together?

  4. 04

    Hire the right people

Key roles first, with profiles that fit the club.

  5. 05

    Put people at the centre

Development, growth, autonomy, appreciation and responsibility.

  6. 06

    Build a learning environment

A culture in which performing and learning reinforce each other.

  7. 07

    Know what you’re doing

Data, dashboards, KPIs and processes, and learn from them.

  8. 08

    Plan, execute, evaluate

And aim higher: continuously, every season again.
